ProjectOutage: **BOIL WATER LIFT** This is an important notice from Aqua sent February 22, 2021, to customers living in the Woodcreek Phase 1 water system. The boil water advisory has been lifted. On February 18, 2021, Aqua notified all customers to boil their water to consumption in accordance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules.Aqua has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use. It is no longer necessary to boil water used for consumption.  We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 877-987-2782.This message will repeat once if you stay on the line.

ProjectOutage: **BOIL WATER ADVISORY** This is an important message about your water from Aqua Texas sent February 18, 2021, to customers living in WOODCREEK PHASE 1 water system. Due to the extreme weather conditions and numerous power outages resulting in a loss of pressure, Aqua is notifying all customers to boil their water prior to consumption in accordance with Texas Commission of Environmental Quality rules.  Water should be boiled prior to consumption including drinking, washing hands/face, brushing teeth, cooking, ice making, etc. Children, seniors and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacterial, but all customers should follow these directions. To ensure destruction of all harmful bacterial and other microbes, water should be boiled and cooled prior to use. The water should be brought to a vigorous rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, you may use bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source for consumption. Once the boil water notice is no longer in effect, Aqua will issues a notice to customers lifting the boil water advisory in a manner similar to this notice. Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly.
