Art4Water Tweens Kite Build with Terry Zee Lee

Learn how to build and fly a kite, kite engineering basics, different kite-making materials, and three key kitemaker knots. Learn how the artistry of kites can convey a powerful message plus how to plan a kite festival at your school!

Class is taught by Terry Zee Lee, president of Sky Wind World in conjunction with Art4Water, the Watershed Association, and Austin Central Library’s Sacred Springs Kite Exhibition.

Reserved for tweens age 9-12 and class is limited to 36.  The kite building class will be held at the Austin Central Library in downtown Austin.  Registration is free:
